Thank you very much Robert for your wonderful performances. There was the first time I saw Indian's ballet in "Courtship song". Your pieces of music are really great and you are very talanted. As I am interested in the ancient cultures of Americas I have two CD and listen to Indian music. I saw some performances in our city, but all I have seen in your videos are the most excellent. Thank you a lot.

Your music literally saved my life. I never knew peace until I found the CD "Many Blessings". "Ruler of my Heart" is still my favorite song. I was raped at four years old until I was eight by a cousin, I was stalked by a man whom I met on the internet and he kidnapped me and tortured me for three weeks, I almost married a man who beat me so much I had to become a hermit to hide the bruises and broken bones. One night the demons of the past came calling and I sat there with a 357 automatic handgun in my lap, I had put in a DVD called "Music From A Painted Cave" and it began to play. The images and songs, the vibrancy and love of life I could see in your eyes and in your soul, stopped me from taking my life. So I wanted to say Thank you, Robert Mirabal, thank you for being who you are and helping me to become the person I am today. Stronger, richer, and walking my path in peace. The demons still call sometimes but I love life now and they can't hurt me anymore! Thank you. You saved my life.
Sincerely, forever
Tricia Blackburn

Jyoti and I were drawn to the Taos Pueblo. The tour started at the church, which to me is the end not the beginning. Then over to the grave yard with some questions that brought the Tribe into present day perspective with their Casino down the road. The tour ended under a pueblo pole drying rack with two pueblo ovens.
We cross the rushing river and chat with a tribal member about rattlers purchasing a rattle in a silver turquoise setting. Wonder at the pueblo geometry that is repeated throughout New Mexico. It’s easy to click into and is for sale every where (especially in Santa Fe). Then back across the 2nd bridge to the 5 story pueblo.
We are getting use to the shops and pop into MIRABAL – YACP’s shop. Boom, music from a double flute with a few tourists listening. To be continued >>>>
